Wild River area in the White Mountains between ME / NH, Maineby mlabbe Our Scout Troop from coastal Maine came into the White Mts National Forest from Fryberg, ME, due to washed out bridges in New Hampshire. The pictures that were taken on an overlook are in New Hampshire but Maine is down there in the valley too.
The boys day hiked up to this overlook to master the one burner stoves we had with us for cooking lunch.
